Situazione di grande emergenza in Romania, è di nuovo allarmante ciò che sta succedendo a Bucarest.
A fine gennaio, l’Ansa riporta la notizia di un giapponese morto a seguito di un morso di un randagio. Scattano immediatamente le misure di sicurezza e le autorità intervengono ordinando un’altra ondata di soppressioni: 1500 cani uccisi in soli tre giorni..........
